I was never interested in art or photography until I went to New York City for the first time in 2009. Something about this city beckoned and inspired me. I went out one night by myself with my camera in one hand and the subway map on the other. I felt like I was stepping into a different country in each neighborhood I went to. I guess this is why it's become one of my favorite cities.
